This cuvée has been named after the single vineyard called ‘Les Jutées’ in the hear of the village of ‘Mesnil-sur-Ogers, 77 acres exposed completely south , planted in 1979! It is a subtle wine with a very well balanced acidity, persistent and amazing minerality that makes this Champagne unique!

Vinification Traditionally pressed in an all-stainless steel horizontal press. It is decanted and clarified, followed by alcoholic in a stainless steel vat whose temperature is regulated at 18/20° for 7 months.

Grower Their vineyards are cultivated with minimal treatment and with maximum respect for the environment. The vines are mature, on average 30 years old, with two thirds situated in the Côte des Blancs, including the four Grand Cru rated villages of Cramant, Avize, Oger and Mesnil. The remaining vineyards are located further south in the Sezannais district. Pertois Moriset is now a member of the prestigious Club Trésors de Champagne.
