Our ‘Art Selection Chocolates’ are in four unique flavours based on our concept and philosophy of ‘Indulgence is everything’. The main ingredients speak for themselves, married with the right selection of chocolate to balance the flavours in the mouth, to create a truly memorable experience.
Fresh lemon is the base of this new chocolate to our range, married with the correct chocolate to carry its fresh tasting citric notes through, smooth, rich and full flavoured but light in texture. This is fast becoming one of our signature chocolates.
Cherry having a unique flavour took a while to fall in line with our concept and to get right for us. Made from cherry puree with inverted sugar, balanced with the right amount of chocolate cocoa to enhance the natural berries delicate flavour without over powering it. A smooth full flavoured ganache, but light to the taste with a hint of acidity to balance the berries unique flavour.
Ecuador Single Origin
A single origin chocolate from the home of Ecuador. With a unique taste profile which requires minimal added ingredients to showcase its natural cocoa character. Smooth and rich to the taste, bitter sweet in the finish. It has an earthy and full body flavour which is unique to the home of Ecuador, home to some of the best cocoa beans in the world.
Made from real blackcurrant puree, no artificial flavourings or oils are used in making this smooth full flavoured ganache, balanced with the right amount of chocolate cocoa to enhance the natural berries delicate flavour without over powering it. Light to the taste but full of flavour, another must from our selection as the demand for full but light flavours steadily grows.
