2010 in general in Champagne wasn’t as successful as the previous year, but Vincent the winemaker and owner at Champagne Pertois Moriset was happy with his beautiful Blanc de BLancs grand Cru Vinage 2010. And you will as well.

Aged in cellar for 5 to 6 years on lees., It is decanted and clarified, followed by alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel vat, temperature regulated at 18/20° for 7 months., Traditionally pressed in an all-stainless steel horizontal press.

Amazing with Thai food, white poultry with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, Foie Gras, cote, chebris, Tomee des Basques, fresh goats’ cheese with spic and honey, christmas pudding or tarte tatin.

Good for cocktail parties, an aperitif, picnics, generally food-friendly, Christmas, celebrations, weddings.

Their vineyards are cultivated with minimal treatment and with maximum respect for the environment.
The vines are mature, on average 30 years old, with two thirds situated in the Côte des Blancs, including the four Grand Cru rated villages of Cramant, Avize, Oger and Mesnil. The remaining vineyards are located further south in the Sezannais district.
